Hargrave Project Management is the Project Manager for The Housing Partnership Development at McLennan Stage 1D
The Housing Partnership will be developing stage 1D of the McLennan project in Takanini, Auckland. Stage 1D of the project, comprising of 23 architecturally designed homes, will form the entranceway to the neighbourhood. As a result The Housing Partnership is honoured to be given the privilege and the responsibility to create something special for our customers and the wider community at this site.
Housing New Zealand has provided the infrastructure for the McLennan project and in conjunction with Studio Pacific Architecture and Development Advisory Services devised a master plan that is focused on fostering a thriving, safe, sustainable community.
McLennan is a new community-focused development being built between the open spaces and recreational parks of Papakura and Takanini.
Meeting the demand for quality, affordable housing in Auckland’s thriving south east, McLennan will feature over 550 architecturally-designed homes, expertly master planned to create a thriving neighbourhood. Variations in home size, design, type, materials and colour will not only cater for a wide mix of family sizes and budgets, but create an architecturally appealing environment. Combining sustainable, energy-efficient design with a focus on neighbourhood interaction, McLennan is a very modern development, but one built on trusted, age-old values.
